ℹ️ To activate the pending slots, provide the family names and run scripts/init_users.py.
Notification email and other settings are configured as Azure Function environment variables. Update them in the Azure Portal → Function App → Configuration → Application settings.
No extra accounts needed — carriers accept texts via email. Set NOTIFY_TO_SMS to your phone's SMS gateway address:
